We are proud to be a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
Family Practice encompasses elements of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, and most importantly Preventive Medicine. Studies have shown that 90% of medical problems can be competently handled by a well-trained Family Physician. Furthermore, when specialty referral is required, we are knowledgeable of local and regional options and will assist in making such arrangements.
